Tip of the week

Hey everyone! Carpet tip cleaning of the week here for you. Common stains in your carpet can include beer, blood, candy (sugar), chocolate, coffee, milk, mud, urine, and white wine. What can you do to get these out so your carpet is not damaged? Here is a solution:
1. Scrape or Blot up excess spill
2. Apply Detergent (1/2 teaspoon clear dishwashing detergent with 1 cup warm (not hot) water) use damp towel
3. Blot - don't rub
4. Apply undiluted household Ammonia, use damp towel
5. Apply white vinegar (undiluted), use damp towel
6. Blot - don't rub
7. Water - apply with damp sponge
8. Blot - finish with weighted pad of towels

That should get the stain out and keep your carpet looking great!
